Inauguriamo il sito produttivo in Polonia nel 2002, un anno estre-
mamente critico per il settore, ma con uno stimolo propositivo per
il futuro dato dalla nuova unità. La reazione alla crisi è immediata:
grazie all’espansione della rete commerciale e a una politica mirata
all’abbattimento dei costi siamo riusciti a superare positivamente
le difficoltà. Recuperiamo efficienza in tutti i settori dell’azienda,
ridisegnando il lay-out del settore produttivo e razionalizzando la
ripartizione degli incarichi. L’ambizioso obiettivo che riusciamo a
raggiungere è quello di ridurre del 50% i tempi di consegna anche
se siamo già l’azienda più tempestiva e affidabile nelle consegne.
We inaugurated our manufacturing plant in Poland in 2002: it was an
extremely critical year for our business sector but, thanks to this new
unit, we had a positive stimulus for the future. Our reaction to the crisis
was immediate: we succeeded in overcoming difficulties thanks to the
expansion of our commercial network and to a policy aiming at paring
down costs. We recovered efficiency in all sectors of the company, by
changing the layout of the manufacturing department and rationalizing
the allocation of tasks. The ambitious goal that we succeeded in reach-
ing was reducing delivery times by 50% even if we already were the
quickest and most reliable company in deliveries.
