From that moment onwards, growing has become our goal.
In order to grow, SEST joined LU-VE Group, the technological leader in
the field of components for the commercial refrigeration and air condi-
tioning sector. For us “growing” has meant changing our idea of “busi-
ness”: from manufacturers of semi-finished products we became sup-
pliers of a service. With new and young people and a clear-cut mission,
our turnover came near to 30 million Euros and our staff grew to over
300 employees. Our customers and their needs are the focus of our
activity, and this turns into greater attention to the quality of our prod-
ucts, shorter delivery times, flexibility on manufacturing batches and reli-
ability over time:

Da questo momento l’obiettivo è crescere.
Per raggiungerla c’è stato l’ingresso nel LU-VE Group, leader tec-
nologico nella produzione di componenti per il settore della re-
frigerazione commerciale e del condizionamento. “Crescita” ha
significato per noi mutare il concetto di “impresa”: da produttore
di semilavorati siamo diventati fornitori di un servizio. Con forze
nuove e giovani e una mission definita, il fatturato arriva a sfiorare
i 30 milioni di euro, e i collaboratori superano quota 300. Il cliente
e le sue esigenze sono il centro dell’attività e questo si traduce in
una maggior attenzione alla qualità del prodotto, in tempi di con-
segna più rapidi, flessibilità sui lotti di produzione e affidabilità nel
tempo:
