4 HTS - Heat Transfer Systems - specializes in the design and production of finned heat exchangers and is one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. HTS products (made in Novosedly, Czech Republic) are used for special applications in the fields of refrigeration and air conditioning, particularly in air conditioning systems for trains, buses and trams, as well as in applications for air conditioning or air treatment in cooling technologies for the food industry. HTS, founded in 1999, became part of the LU-VE Group in 2003. Both share a future-oriented philosophy, making high-performance products and paying careful attention to environmental responsibilities. The company has always been noted for its flexibility and its ability to develop specific solutions while keeping quality at a constantly high level for both large and small series. The success of HTS is founded on some core principles: customer orientation, flexibility, and high quality, made-to-measure solutions guaranteed by ISO certification. These are all characteristics which have been implemented and improved thanks to integration within the LU-VE Group, permitting the company to create both customized and large-scale solutions. But the real strength of HTS lies in the wealth of knowledge of its expert personnel, who can optimize production using the high-tech instruments and machinery that the Novosedly plant has at its disposition. Superior quality and excellent service come together in an enviable location: HTS is situated at the heart of Europe, on the Austrian-Czech border, about 40 kilometres from Brno and 80 fromVienna, in an area with a long tradition of metal-working. Today HTS has an avant-garde facility (55,700 m², of which 22,300 m² are covered) where it constructs, on 15 production lines, more than 300,000 heat exchangers per year, all inspected and tested to ISO standards. In line with the LU-VE Group’s tradition of Research and Development, HTS collaborates constantly with the Technical University of Brno on R&D projects and on programmes for the continuous training for our personnel. The aim is to constantly improve four key factors: the skills of our co-workers, the technologies of production, the configuration of the products, and the company quality system.
