In termini tecnici l’utilizzo dei codici CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) applicati agli scambiatori alettati ha costituito un grande passo avanti nella comprensione dei fenomeni fluidodinamici e di scambio termico. Questo ha consentito un progressivo miglioramento delle già elevatissime caratteristiche di scambio delle geometrie utilizzate, rinnovando in continuazione gli strati d’aria a contatto con le alette e generando una maggiore turbolenza. Grazie alla ricerca e alle innovazioni "Made in LU-VE " si sono raggiunti standard tanto elevati damigliorare concretamente i tradizionali rapporti prestazionali ed economici delle tecnologie di refrigerazione commerciale e industriale. HITEC ® TECHNOLOGY Innovation is the cornerstone upon which LU-VE has built its leadership: the first in the world to apply the technology of grooved tubes to refrigeration, the first to use the technology of special heat exchange surfaces. In technical terms, the application of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) codes to finned heat exchangers has been an enormous step forward in the understanding of the fluido- dynamic phenomena and heat transfer. As a result of this, the heat exchange characteristics of the geometries used (already of a very high standard), have been steadily improved by constantly renewing the layer of air in contact with the fins and generating greater turbulence. Thanks to LU-VE research and innovations, standards are now achieved which demonstrate real improvement over the traditional performance and economic ratios of commercial and industrial refrigeration technology.
